Thank you, thank you for all the amazing feedback you provided regarding the Sparkr Flip and Wick. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously and hope to use your input to improve both of our new Sparkr Plasma lighters in the near future. EU update: Status of the last batch of shipments

Hey EU backers,
We are well overdue for an update on the remaining orders that haven't been fulfilled yet. We just got an update from our fulfillment partner and unfortunately fulfillment hasn't gone exactly as they had planned. There are still 154 orders that have not been shipped due to some problems with the shipping service that they were using. They had to discontinue that partnership and have found a new shipper who will send out the remaining orders.
Due to the problems with the first shipping partner, there were around 35 orders that were shipped out twice, which means that we had to overnight additional Sparkr Wicks and Flips to them this week. They should arrive early next week if they aren't held up in customs. Once they arrive, the last orders will be shipped out immediately.
Once again, for those backers who are still waiting. We are so sorry! We're beyond unhappy with how this process has gone and we have learned some valuable lessons along the way. Please feel free to reach out to us at anytime with any questions, comments, etc at [email protected]

EU Shipping - Finally Out the Door

Hello Eu Backers,
We aren't too proud of how our EU shipping has been handled and we really can't apologize enough for the delay. But we finally received some very good news from our fulfillment partner. 570 orders were shipped out today! As these packages are scanned into the hub, email notifications will be sent out with tracking numbers to you.
Our partners had a slight problem with dealing with how Backerkit lets us export your orders. Unfortunately that meant that they had to manually go through each row and column of the very LARGE excel sheet and get all the special characters properly fixed and ready to submit to their shipping service. This took a bit longer than they had hoped and they are still fixing the last ~100 orders (most of which are going to the Netherlands).
They have assured us that the last orders will be shipped out next Monday/Tuesday.
Please comment and let us know when you receive your tracking information so we know all is well!
